Good Buddy Boxing

  • is an inclusive fitness program that accommodates different abilities and needs.

  • Driven by the belief that physical activity promotes positive neural circuitry, Good Buddy Boxing uses fitness to increase muscle tone and a sustained increase in aerobic respiration.

  • This is a non-contact class offered for individuals that do better with extra support.

A warm-up: static and dynamic stretching, plyometrics.

A work out: Light-weight, high-rep resistance based training

Cardio: Bag work to increase our heart-rate.

Coordination: Exercises and drills to strengthen hand-eye and eye-foot coordination. Demanding our fatigued brain to stay awake
