Good Buddy Boxing
is an inclusive fitness program that accommodates different abilities and needs.
Driven by the belief that physical activity promotes positive neural circuitry, Good Buddy Boxing uses fitness to increase muscle tone and a sustained increase in aerobic respiration.
This is a non-contact class offered for individuals that do better with extra support.
A warm-up: static and dynamic stretching, plyometrics.
A work out: Light-weight, high-rep resistance based training
Cardio: Bag work to increase our heart-rate.
Coordination: Exercises and drills to strengthen hand-eye and eye-foot coordination. Demanding our fatigued brain to stay awake
