Nathaniel Miller

Nathaniel has a double bachelors in Biology and in Health Sciences. While studying at Duquesne University he began researching the relationship between movement and mental well-being. Simultaneously, he was taking boxing classes, training individuals and leading small-group classes for his classmates.

Nathaniel also has an extensive background in the differently abled community. He grew-up volunteering every Saturday at HOPs helping special-needs athletes participate in sports. Today, he is a volunteer coach with Special Olympics and works as a TA in a multiple disabilities and resource room.

A good work-out means you have to get over that hump and do the work you don’t want to do. Nathaniel leads by actively engaging each individual, guiding them past the resistance and getting the hard-work done without even knowing it.
